These hams have been cured the old fashioned way with sugar, salt, and pepper--no artificial preservatives. The ham slices make a tasty sandwich. Our hogs are raised on our farm and finished with non-GMO grain.
FRESH CHICKEN - Fresh chicken is available weekly (except on Wednesday) throughout the summer months (April through October). Of course, we continue to stock frozen chicken in our store freezer during the winter while supplies last. Our free-range chicken are raised on our farm with non-GMO grain and pasture grass.
