We have our own sows here at the farm, so our hogs are born and raised on-site and fed our own natural feeds without growth hormones or antibiotics. Our hogs are not confined. Rather, at Sunrise Farms, hogs are raised in an environment where they have access to the outdoors, are well-bedded and free to move about.
There is NO MSG in our sausage. And, there are NO NITRATES or NITRITES used in our bacon and ham. Instead, these pork products are cured the old fashioned way - with sugar, salt and pepper!
